Tim Catalinotto - Executive Chef
Chef Tim Catalinotto has been in the restaurant business for more than twenty-five years. Chef Tim started his career as an apprentice working in many downtown New Orleans kitchens, including Commander’s Palace, Ruth’s Chris Steak House and trained under Emeril Lagasse. After Hurricane Katrina, he started working and cooking in the country club business where he learned a new style of service and started travel around the learning about different regional cuisines. Recently, Chef Tim has dedicated his career to better-understanding the dietary needs of those in retirement communities. He is looking forward to building new friendships and embarking on a new adventure.
